IMPORTANT NOTE: All orders placed after 12:00 pm on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. In order to secure delivery for the weekend, please place your order before Thursday, 12:00 pm EST. All food is shipped fully cooked & frozen, vacuum sealed and packed in cryo-gel ice pak. Please note that all frozen items are PERISHABLE, and require refrigeration or freezing upon delivery. There are two shipping options - UPS Ground and UPS Overnight - Connecticut and surrounding area residents should choose UPS Ground, otherwise the Overnight option must be checked to ensure the timely delivery of these perishable products. All UPS deliveries are left regardless if someone is available to receive the package, so please alert the recipient that a perishable package is being shipped. Southern Que is not responsible for spoiled packages when a customer is not notified. Please confirm that the recipient will be in town before you place an order.
